Registering with umuzi stock

Create admin account

Your organisation’s admin account will need to be created first. You can have more than one account, if there are more than one teams in the organisation. The admin account will be sent a password.

Create designer accounts linked to admin

In the email to admin there is a link for admin to send to designers. Designers click this link, fill in their own details and create their own accounts, linked to the organisation.

Ordering images with umuzistock

Share images

There are two ways to share your chosen images with your clients for approval:

  1. Designers can download one or more watermarked images and put them into a mock-up.
  2. Designers or admin can also send a list of images to a client by adding items to a wishlist and generating a sharable list.
Add items to cart and 'Request images'

As a designer you can send a collection of images to your organisation admin for approval by adding items to the cart and clicking “request images”. Your admin will receive an email with the list of images and request for purchase order.
